Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy

Changing your mind

For most goods bought online, tell us within 14 days after the day you receive the order that you wish to cancel. Email your name, order number and a clear statement that you are cancelling. You then have 14 days to return the goods.

Return items unworn, unwashed and, where reasonably possible, with their original packaging. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund if handling beyond that has reduced their value.

Send authorised returns to: Good Stuff Club, 12 Headen Avenue, Wigan, WN5 8BT, United Kingdom. Please contact us before posting. Unless an item is faulty, damaged or misdescribed, you are responsible for the direct return postage cost. Use a tracked service and retain proof of posting.

Refund timing

We will refund the product price and the least expensive standard outbound delivery option offered, where required by law. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier.

Personalised goods

The cancellation right may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as a design containing a name or wording supplied specifically by you. Selecting a standard size, colour or design, or the fact an item is printed after ordering, does not automatically make it personalised.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, contact us promptly at contact@properteesco.co.uk with your order number and photographs where helpful. We will provide an appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and will cover reasonable return costs where applicable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to obtain another size or design is normally to return the original item under this policy and place a new order. Contact us if you need help.
