Delivery Information

Good Stuff Club products are generally printed after ordering, then dispatched by our fulfilment partners.

Processing

Most products are printed to order. Production time is separate from delivery time and estimates are shown at checkout or in your order confirmation.

Delivery charges and estimates

Available services, estimated dates and charges are shown before you place an order. Unless another period is agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and normally within 30 days after the contract is formed.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, details are sent to the email used for the order. Tracking may take a short time to update after dispatch.

Delays and address errors

Contact us promptly if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after production or dispatch. If a delay outside our control occurs, we will take reasonable steps to minimise it and tell you where appropriate. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Missing or damaged parcels

Email contact@properteesco.co.uk with your order number. For damage, include photographs of the product and packaging where possible.

International orders

If international delivery is offered, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes or customs charges unless checkout states otherwise. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout.
