These terms explain how orders placed with Good Stuff Club work and the rights available to UK consumers.

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you buy goods from properteesco.co.uk. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Products

We sell printed clothing and related merchandise. We make reasonable efforts to show colours and artwork accurately, but screens vary and minor differences may occur. Product measurements are approximate. Most items are printed to order.

3. Orders and the contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation accepting it. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance if an item is unavailable, pricing is clearly incorrect, payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected or delivery is not possible. If payment has been taken, it will be refunded.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any applicable taxes and delivery charges are displayed before you place the order. Payment is handled by the payment methods shown at checkout. We do not store full card details.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed. We will deliver without undue delay and normally within 30 days of the contract unless another period is agreed. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person identified by you.

6. Cancellation and returns

For most online purchases, UK consumers may cancel within 14 days after the day the goods are received, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return them. See our Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy for the process, exceptions and return costs.

Being printed to order does not by itself remove cancellation rights. The statutory exception may apply only where goods are genuinely made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

7. Faulty or misdescribed goods

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Contact us promptly with your order number and evidence of the issue so we can arrange an appropriate remedy.

8. Intellectual property

Website content, branding and original artwork are owned by or licensed to Good Stuff Club Purchasing a product does not transfer rights to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit the design.

9. Liability

We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

10. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and take steps to minimise the effect.

11. Changes and governing law

The terms in force when you order will apply. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers living elsewhere in the UK retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to them.
